Postage Policies

The company will send out all products using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and they should be received within 10 working days.  However, when products are returned to K Co because they have not been collected by the customer from Royal Mail, who have tried to deliver when the customer is out, then K Co will send the product out again, by ordinary mail, but loss in this case, would not be the responsibility of the company.  Please be aware that undelivered stock is very unusual but should it occur, it takes approximately 3 weeks for Royal Mail to return products which have not been collected.

The company reserves the right to send out a similar replacement if a product is out of stock.  This is of course is returnable but within 14 days.

Please note Internet prices often vary from Exhibition and Store prices because of the difference in costs incurred in different situations.
